Our flat is a non-smoking accommodation. Our guests should observe this. Animals are not allowed in the flat. This is due to hosting future guests.

 The holiday flat is located on the first floor. A little steep staircase leads you up there.

 The living area of the flat is c. 36 sq. metres/  43 sq. yards. There is a living room with an integrated mini-kitchen. This little kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooking facilities (stove), coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven and, of course, all necessary dishes.

 From the living room you get to the little bedroom with a wardrobe and two beds. From the bedroom you can go on to the bathroom with a wash basin, WC and shower. Bedsheets and towels are included. 

With the accommodation of 3 to 4 guests there is a studio couch/daybed in the living room. Please keep in mind that with 4 people in this flat it is not very comfortable anymore.
